In the Smart plan, students pay 500 FCFA per semester to check their results online. This small fee — the price of a bottle of water — offsets the platform cost, allowing your institution to get the full platform including AI at the lowest price. The fee is collected automatically through the platform.
All plans include comprehensive onboarding, staff training, data migration assistance, and ongoing email and chat support. During your first two weeks after go-live, you get dedicated priority support to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Implementation takes approximately 4 weeks: Week 1 for setup and configuration, Weeks 2–3 for data migration from your existing Excel files, and Week 4 for staff training and go-live. You’ll have dedicated support throughout the entire process.
